Right to Choose is a real NHS pathway in England for a first outpatient appointment, including autism and ADHD assessment, with a qualified provider.
It is not UK-wide. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland use different routes. It can be quicker than waiting on the local list. That is not a promise of a faster diagnosis.
