If something is wrong, email support@bubbletalk.uk and I will try to sort it fairly.

Paperback books: if it arrives damaged or it is not what you ordered, tell me and we will work it out.

Digital downloads: if the file will not open, I will resend it. If you have already downloaded a guide and it is not a fault with the file, I may not be able to refund it. UK consumer law still applies where it applies.

This is a small family shop. If you are not sure, ask before you buy.
